Regulatory Element Deadline is December 31st
FINRA published an Information Notice on August 3, 2026, to remind registered persons and firms of their 2026 continuing education (CE) requirements.
- Requirement to complete assigned Regulatory Element CE by December 31, 2026 via FinPro.
- Reminder to member firms of their requirement to evaluate, develop and implement an internal Firm Element training plan specific to their business activities.
- Provide resources and options for member firms to monitor and track Regulatory Element CE, provide optional firm wide settings for Regulatory Element CE notices and earlier completion dates as well as links to the CE Council’s website and publications for additional CE guidance.
